The right side header is tack welded together. 2" primaries, 3.5" collector with a 3" reducer on the end.
Crank and water pump pulleys are by Billet Specialties. The powersteering pump and pulley are from Concept One. The alternator was purchased from Hot Rod Express in Mooresville, NC. It is a single wire unit, supposed to be a 105 amp output. Not sure what brand the alternator is, there are no markings on it, just a sticker that says "OEM Technologies". It is a very compact unit, only about 4" in diameter and 6" long, including the pulley. The alternator bracket was made from a piece of 6061 aluminum.
New aluminum radiator built by TAPP Inc. located in Sophia, NC. I was going to use the original radiator frame, but decided to build a new one in order to maximize the radiator cooling area. The frame is made of 4" x 1.5" aluminum channel.
