In the process of fitting the door posts and windows I found that the passenger side window would not go up as far as I wanted.  I had previously installed a power window kit from Specailty Power and Window, but I had not tried it with the window glass installed.  I found the problem to be that the toothed wheel that is driven by the motor on the power window system was hitting the brace/support on the  inside of the door.

To fix this problem I removed a section from the toothed wheel

Here is a shot of the modified wheel (driver side) with the window completely up.

In the process of trying to resolve this problem I noticed that the driver side window also had some interference but not as bad as the passenger side.   Notice also that the passenger side wheel is made a little differently that the driver side.  I also cut a notch in the driver side to allow it to go up to it's maximum position.

Passenger side.
Almost looks like an extra piece was added to the driver side wheel.
